By focusing on Sales, Property Management, and Property development including design and renovation, John has negotiated contracts for a broad client base of individuals, local builders and investors from across the Atlanta market, the US, as well as Europe and Australia.
During the 2008-13 housing crisis, John worked with various lenders to aid their company’s growing need to market and sell foreclosed homes. Adding the Real Estate Owned (REO) segment to his portfolio benefited John’s existing high volume sales efforts in a struggling market. The relationships John developed with World Savings Bank, Wells Fargo and Bank of America expanded his market knowledge, listings, and sales success to 9 metro Atlanta counties and hundreds of transactions.
