Spring time means sun. Sun means patio. Patio means drinks… right? The Environs Team loves a good porch day, so we decided to share some of our favorite Spring cocktails for a little inspiration of your own. Cocktails are made for sharing and as such we have a plethora of drinks perfect for drinking with your friends. Feel free to add your own spin on some of our faves, and don’t be afraid to invite us over if you have extras. Cheers to that!

Briana's MojitoMojito!

By Briana

Mojitos give me life. Literally, they’re the best thing I’ve ever allowed myself to drink. That’s why I made sure to perfect the craft of making one. The ingredients are super easy: 1/2 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice, one teaspoon of superfine sugar, 3 mint leaves, two ounces of white rum (or more), some club soda or seltzer, and your favorite glass. PS: my favorite rum to use is BACARDI Superior Rum!

First your put your lime juice and superfine sugar together then add in a few mint leaves, mushing them against the side of your glass. Next you fill your glass two-thirds with cracked ice (DO NOT use regular ice because it takes away the amazingness), and pour in your rum. Lastly, pitch in the squeezed-out lime shell and top it off with your club soda or seltzer. Wah-la! You’ve got yourself an amazing, refreshing mojito perfect for these lovely Spring Days. Enjoy!
