Briana's MojitoMojito!

By Briana

Mojitos give me life. Literally, they’re the best thing I’ve ever allowed myself to drink. That’s why I made sure to perfect the craft of making one. The ingredients are super easy: 1/2 oz. of freshly squeezed lime juice, one teaspoon of superfine sugar, 3 mint leaves, two ounces of white rum (or more), some club soda or seltzer, and your favorite glass. PS: my favorite rum to use is BACARDI Superior Rum!

First your put your lime juice and superfine sugar together then add in a few mint leaves, mushing them against the side of your glass. Next you fill your glass two-thirds with cracked ice (DO NOT use regular ice because it takes away the amazingness), and pour in your rum. Lastly, pitch in the squeezed-out lime shell and top it off with your club soda or seltzer. Wah-la! You’ve got yourself an amazing, refreshing mojito perfect for these lovely Spring Days. Enjoy!
