September is the new August, what?! Well, this has been a ridiculously hot month but it hasn’t stopped our clients (we’ve been part of some amazing sales this month!) and it hasn’t stopped our team, who stepped over City lines this month into Atlanta’s lovely neighbor, Decatur, to explore restaurants and other wonderful places.
At Environs, we value you, your time & your business and look forward to being able to stay in touch with each of you! Have a Great Day.

It’s Greater in Decatur!
|
 |
|
They say you move to Decatur for the schools, but we know that people really fall in love with the city for its food scene, recently named “Atlanta’s gastronomic equivalent of Berkeley or Brooklyn” by the New York Times.
The very splendid Environs Team took to Decatur this month to share their experiences with y’all.

Music Midtown: It wasn’t all rain and mud!
|
 |
|
We were busy selling houses during Music Midtown, but we got to hear the whole thing, and it was amazing! There were some amazing tributes by the headlining acts at the show, including a few David Bowie tracks!
Fortunately Curbed has provided a quick review on the weekend, in case you missed it.

Meet Terry Kitts:
Carpenter, Contractor, and Problem Solver!
|
“Living in Breckenridge Colorado, when I was 19, there were only 2 fields of work: service and construction. Starting as a carpenter, I had some great mentors who shared their knowledge. At 27 I got my contractor’s license and have been contracting ever since.“
We asked Terry how his friends might describe him:
“They would probably describe me as loyal, determined, honest, passionate, trustworthy, responsible and a nice guy.”

Terry Kitts, Contractor and general Problem Solver, at
Environs Residential (Environs Real Estate’s sister company) has always loved creating things and problem solving – without those aspects of construction and renovation, he’d lose interest pretty quick!
In a world where all things continue as they have been, Terry hopes to be doing in-town in-fill development and possibly to expand to larger multi-family development.
Terry is very popular with his clients. Upon being asked why he thinks this is: “
I am honest, trustworthy and am extremely knowledgeable about residential construction, both new and remodels“.
Terry understands that being a contractor is a service that is being provided to the customer. He strives to provide excellent service, which includes timeliness and communication.
Terry’s absolute top goal is to provide attractive, well-designed and well-built homes to as many people as possible.
