Nashe and Maurice get ready to move into 867 Peachtree: |

 |
|
Dawn recently assisted this Midtown couple with a pre-completion purchase at 867 Peachtree, the new Seventh Midtown building.
It was smooth sailing until just before closing when some electrical issues arose during the inspection that required detailed expertise. Terry consulted with our clients and we ultimately got the issue resolved with the builder.
Along the way there were window covering selections to be made as well as a few others. It’s great when we get to use our broad resources to help our clients!
Thanks Nashe and Maurice…we know you will love your new home
