Meet Sammy: The Environs Handyman!
|
Like many people in the city of Atlanta, he considers himself to be an implant. Living here for 30 years, he and his family have made it their home. While he’s been doing this type of work for 32 years, he isn’t tired of it.
|
|
Not only is Sammy Clark our favorite handyman, he also helps get your homes ready to sell or occupy.
When we asked Sammy why he enjoys doing what he does he stated, “There is a sense of completion and it’s easy to please someone when you finish the project they’ve been set on so I get double the satisfaction.”
Sammy does repairs, light fixture replacement, picture hanging, among other things. Sammy has a full schedule right now, but he is still serving our clients. Just another reason to choose the Environs Team for your real estate needs!
Thank you for all that you do, Sammy! |

352th 8th Street: A Beautifully Finished Home
that impresses even the most discerning buyer. |
|
|
Originally constructed in 1920 as an up/down duplex, this Midtown home was lovingly renovated in 2013 into a Midtown Garden District, single-family residence.
The elementary school is Springdale Park which is rated a 9 on Great Schools.
It has 4,000+ square feet of living space and includes features and upgrades that not even the most discriminating buyer could resist. The combination of its open floor plan, multiple living rooms and Thermador kitchen sound even more amazing when you add in the backyard living room with fire pit, large terrace, & spectacular master on the main level.
Not only is this home finished beautifully, it’s the hidden upgrades that will pay off in the long run. A few of the many “green” upgrades are: foam install in the walls & roof, a gas-powered tankless hot water heater, dual 13 seer HVAC systems & new high-efficiency windows.
Last but not least, your Fitbit will give you a star every day for hitting 10K steps since you can walk to Piedmont Park, the Beltline, Trader Joes, Peachtree St, Ponce City Market and more.
